Successful transition to new internal Employee Service platform

I lead the project team with creating easy-to-understand Learning related articles and guidelines for the new Employee Service platform. I was the contact person for my team and educating them on how to use the platform and ticketing system.

Danone BENELUX HR built a new online platform to streamline all requests and inquires coming to different departments. The new platform (FOUNDA) allows Danoners to pose questions to several different teams (eg. HR, Master Data, Procure-to-pay) using tickets/inquires. The responding teams can assign the tickets to the responsible people in their teams. These teams can also upload articles to the platform providing guidelines, explanations and FAQs answers to all Danoners. 

I've been involved in the project team since 2023 creating the first Learning & Development related articles but I am taking a more active role as of 2024. This entails growing our article library significantly ahead of the annual Development Conversation period explaining crucial steps in the process for Danoners. I have created 5 more articles in April alone. I am also responsible for the ready-made answers the first Tier of HR Admin professionals are giving Danoners, when a new inquiry has been posted. However, the biggest piece this year is educating my team on the use of the new ticketing system as we are transitioning to answering questions only through FOUNDA leaving our collective Outlook inbox behind.
