Supporting growth with Learning & Development Bars at Danone

My team and I had the pleasure of organizing the Learning & Development Bar across our three Danone offices. This initiative was all about fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

The Learning & Development Bar was designed to provide Danoners with the opportunity to explore their development goals and ask questions about their career growth. We worked closely with various HR teams to ensure the success of this initiative, leading the project from inception to execution.

Key Highlights

  • Creativity in Planning: I co-led this project, managing everything from event organization to coordinating with our amazing HR teams and facilitators. Bringing creativity into the planning process was essential to make each event engaging and impactful.

  • Interactive Booths: We hosted five booths, each dedicated to supporting different aspects of Danoners’ development goals. These booths provided personalized guidance and resources to help employees navigate their development plans.

  • Direct Engagement: Hosting a booth at the event allowed me to directly connect with colleagues, answer their questions, and guide them on their development journeys. It was incredibly rewarding to see the enthusiasm and eagerness to learn among our Danoners.

Lessons Learned and Experiences
