What do I enjoy about my work?
I see my work as a puzzle. A Communications Specialist has to find the right puzzle pieces (platforms, words or visuals) to complete the perfect communications strategy for the brand or company. While Learning & Development focuses on how to give knowledge to learners the most efficient way. In this field I enjoy designing content for our trainings and e-learnings thinking about learning styles and creating memorable content for our learners.
